Today is the birthday of former Indian wicketkeeper Kiran More. Born on September 4, 1962, in Baroda, More has turned 60 today. More is considered one of the best wicket-keepers in India who has made a significant impact on the game, on and off the field.
He represented India in 49 Tests and 94 ODIs. More scored 1285 runs in Tests and 563 runs in ODIs. He could not score a single century in his international career, but as a wicketkeeper, he contributed significantly to the victory of Team India.
