Shreyas Iyer Includes In MCA’s 45 Players List For Fitness Training Camp

Shreyas Iyer has been identified in a group of 45 players picked by the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) for a fitness training camp, which is good news for Indian cricket fans. After suffering a setback while fielding against England, Shreyas Iyer had shoulder surgery to heal. The right-handed batter will also miss the beginning of IPL and also the England tour and the next limited-overs series against Sri Lanka.

Rohit Sharma, Ajinkya Rahane, Prithvi Shaw, Suryakumar Yadav, Arjun Tendulkar and Shardul Thakur are also on the MCA’s list. The date for the fitness camp has yet to be announced by the MCA.

Shreyas Iyer named in Mumbai fitness camp. The MCA’s subsequent statement is good news for the Delhi Capitals (DC) and Team India. It’s unclear whether the 26-year-old will be ready for the IPL’s second edition, which begins in September in the UAE.
