Nitish Rana Wins Hearts Of Fans With Motivational Message On Coronavirus Pandemic

Players Motivate Fans Through Message In Coronavirus Pandemic Time:

In addition to putting the entire international cricket season to a standstill, the coronavirus pandemic also affected the launch of the Indian Premier League season (IPL 2020). The IPL 2020 was expected to start from March 29 before the coronavirus pandemic forced BCCI to take a major step towards postponing the IPL 2020 to April 15. With no IPL action taking place, batsman Nitish Rana from Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) took to Twitter asking fans not to lose heart during the lockdown on India.

Delhi batsman Nitish Rana was an important part of the KKR batting lineup and like other cricketers, during the Indian lockdown, he is also following the coronavirus guidelines. Nitish Rana wrote in his Twitter post that the battle against coronavirus will not last forever and that the sun will rise again. Nitish Rana tweeted.

“Don’t lose your heart, Sun will rise again. This won’t last forever”

During the IPL 2017, KKR player Nitish Rana first came to light when he smashed 333 runs in just 13 games while playing for the reigning Mumbai Indian IPL champions. Despite having a successful season, after being released by the Mumbai Indians, Nitish Rana was back in the auction pool. Kolkata Knight Riders went out to buy the left-handed batsman for a total of around 3.4 crores, and since then he has been the key component of the batting lineup of KKR.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced on Tuesday that due to coronavirus, India’s lockdown has been extended until May 3. The announcement came as a big setback for BCCI, which has remained quiet about the IPL 2020 future. Leading news agency tweeted that BCCI sources say the IPL has been postponed until at least May 3 due to India’s lockdown extension.

Earlier reports indicated that the IPL could be held in October-November instead of the T20 World Cup (if canceled), but a BCCI official recently commented that making the IPL happen in October would be much more difficult than it would seem.
