The second and final warm-up match of India against New Zealand was called off due to severe rain without a ball being bowled at The Gabba in Brisbane on Wednesday. India had earlier trounced Australia, the hosts, by six runs in their opening warm-up game on Monday.

Suryakumar Yadav, who presently holds the top spot among Indian batters in the ICC T20 batters ranking. Would likely bat at position four, further bolstering the Indian batting order. Death overs while batting are also not an issue for India. Hardik Pandya will be in the lineup as a true all-rounder. While Dinesh Karthik will be there as well for the crucial overs.
