On Friday, the expert bowler Harbhajan Singh said that India should not take too much time to decide whether they want MS Dhoni in the team for the T20 World Cup for this year or not. Dhoni has been away from international matches since India’s exit from the World Cup after losing the match against New Zealand in 2019.
He was expected to play in the team of Chennai Super Kings of the IPL 2020, which is the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League. But the tournament was indefinitely postponed even it has not started due to the outbreak of coronavirus.

“MS Dhoni is a great player. No need to tell him if he’s capable or not. So, I don’t think you need to think about it too much. If you think you need Dhoni, you pick him if he is available, “he added.
Meanwhile, in his native Jalandhar, Harbhajan, recently pledged to feed 5,000 underprivileged families who are suffering from the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We have a team working round the clock in there. I’m constantly in contact with them from Mumbai. We strictly maintain social distancing norms. We’ve made circles where they’re standing, away from each other, collect their food and going to their homes, “he said.
