Ajinkya Rahane would like his wife and daughter to be in the UAE during the IPL, but keeping in mind the danger posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, he wouldn’t have a problem if the BCCI barred the families of players from the game. “As an individual, you take precautions for the COVID-19 situation, you ‘d want your family to travel with you, but because of this situation, safety is important, your wife, family and daughter’s safety is obviously very important,” Rahane told a leading sports website.
