Ben Stokes stated that the decision of playing in the 2020 IPL was taken from my family and with his parent’s love and blessings; he got into the flight to the UAE. ECB provided compassionate leave for an indefinite period to Stokes during the series between England and Pakistan in August and was staying with his family in New Zealand for five weeks as his father diagnosed with brain cancer. Last week, he arrived in the UAE, and now he is undergoing a six-day isolation period. He is most likely to play on the 9th October match against Delhi Capitals.
