It looks like Sanju Samson would not surrender easily. He will compete for a position even if he hasn’t been able to gain the management of the India team’s confidence. For the same, he has made himself available to play for Kerala in the Ranji Trophy 2022-23. The Ranji Trophy will be his opportunity to reaffirm why he should be selected ahead of others before the Sri Lanka series. He has started working out in Kochi. After the T20 World Cup in Australia, Sanju Samson traveled to New Zealand as a member of Team India. Out of the six matches on the tour, the 28-year-old did, however, played only one match. Four games in the T20I and ODI series were impacted by rain.
