The two most ‘talked about’ cricketers in the current Indian squad- Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma- were spotted practicing together ahead of India’s first Test match against England in Chennai. The two Indian heavyweights are sharing the same dressing room after a tenure of over a year. Kohli and Sharma are yet to play alongside each other post the COVID-19 outbreak.
Virat Kohli reunites with Rohit Sharma
First, both the batsmen were at loggerheads while captaining their respective IPL sides in the latest conducted T20 league. Later, Rohit Sharma was dropped for the “Down Under” series citing the issues with his fitness and injuries. Till the time Sharma recovered to join the Indian side for the last three “Border Gavaskar” Tests, Kohli left the ‘Men in Blue’ squad after applying for paternity leave.

Nevertheless, the two cricketing giants are back together donning the same jersey again. It’s a sight to cherish for the Indian cricket fans as the aforementioned cricketers are two of the most celebrated dignities in world cricket. There were many rumors which suggested a recent feud between the two Indian superstars. However, Rohit Sharma managed to put all the alleged reports to bed when he congratulated Virat Kohli for winning the “ICC Men’s Player Of The Decade” award.
