Eventually You Realise That Nothing Is In Your Hands- Virat Kohli

I Can Pick Up From Where I Left- Virat Kohli:

Virat Kohli, the team India skipper, is in a positive spirit which enables him to find trust in where he left the game and the restart of cricket in the world after COVID-19.

The COVID-19 pandemic stopped all cricketing operations world-wide, Kohli said. He remains physically fit, however. His main emphasis was on the mental aspect of the game.

“Happily I have all my fitness facilities at home to train, and that’s no problem for me. As far as the game is concerned, thankfully, I’m someone who’s always keen to improve my mental health and hasn’t really concentrated on doing a long time on the practicing “Kohli said during show interview.

The Practice Was Not Such A Big Problem For Me Even Before:

“So when I’m in a good frame of mind, and when I return to the game, I’m in a good place to start again from where we left. All I can do is look forward to life and I know.”

The Indian health crisis, with nearly 2,000 deaths and more than 59,000 infected, prompted the Indian government to lockdown up to 17 May.

In the initial days, Virat Kohli admitted it wasn’t easy.

“It’s been a little difficult at first, but you’re beginning to look at it in another way as the time goes by because you know that there is nothing in your hands to control,” Virat Kohli said.

“And then, to a degree, all you can manage is your own thinking and looking at things with a positive mindset, and the only good thing I can do is that I could train. The training was not a major problem even before, so that is what I am doing, I am training, I am keeping fit,” Virat Kohli said.
