In response to India’s top order collapse versus West Indies in the second T20I, Twitter said, “Runs and wickets both are pouring.”

Twitter Reaction India’s Top Order Collapse Against WI: The match began at Warner Park in St. Kitts after a significant three-hour delay, and the two sides were finally able to exchange their bags and uniforms. Following a disappointing performance in the first T20I of the five-match series, West Indies jumped out to an early lead over India in the second encounter as the pacers quickly dispatched the top order.

After winning the toss and electing to send the Men in Blue in to bat first, Rohit Sharma and Suryakumar Yadav stepped up to the plate. Suryakumar Yadav, a middle-order batsman for the team, joined captain Sharma at the opening position, marking a significant shift for India’s opening combination in this series thus far. India maintained its policy since it appeared to be effective.

By sending the Indian captain back to the pavilion for a golden duck, McCoy launched the attack and got off to a quick start. The ball was placed around off-stump onto the deck by the left-armer, who roared as he did so. The ball ended up in the hands of Akeal Hosein at a short third man after Sharma attempted to raise it. Hosein timed his jump to perfection in order to capture the ball.

As No. 3 hitter Shreyas Iyer failed to score a run-off the first five balls he faced, McCoy bowled a wicket-maiden.

The game began in the following over when Iyer and Surya both hit Alzarri Joseph for a six, scoring 17 runs. Yadav was killed by the first delivery of McCoy’s second and last over of the period, which was his comeback.

Shreyas Iyer also steals a lead.
A length delivery with the complete outside off was used. The ball took a heavy outside edge as he attempted to drive it, ending up in the hands of the wicketkeeper. When Joseph took over the ball for his second over of the session, Iyer’s time on the field came to an end. Devon Thomas made no mistakes behind the stumps, giving the bowler an edge thanks to additional bounce off the delivery.
