Rohit And Yuzvendra Chahal Also Played Together For The Mumbai Indians:

Rohit Sharma and Yuzvendra Chahal have shared a great friendship for a long time. They both have been playing a key role in the Indian cricket team for a number of years now.

In fact, in previous seasons Yuzuvendra Chahal and Rohit Sharma also have played for the Mumbai Indians(MI) team in the cash-rich Indian Premier League (IPL). They both have also been involved in several funny discussions on social media sites.

Rohit Has Been A Key Component Of The Men In Blue

For quite a few years, Rohit has been a main component of Men in Blue. He has changed as a batsman ever since he began opening the batting, the Nagpur-born.

The decision by MS Dhoni to move him higher up the order did wonder of work. He is the only batsman who scored the double centuries in One Day International cricket. In that double centuries two against _Sri Lanka and once vs Australia.

He also has the highest individual score of 264 runs in the Eden Gardens in Kolkata, against Sri Lanka. Not only this, but Rohit is also the only batsmen in T20I cricket to break as many as four centuries.

Together with his skipper Virat Kohli, he is also one of the top run-scorers in T20I cricket. He also stamped his authority in Test cricket last year, crushing South Africa’s visiting team for a century.

In comparison, Chahal was a genuine wicket-taker for the Blue Guys. The 29-year-old has 91 and 55 wickets in 52 ODIs and 42 T20Is, respectively.

He is currently set to play with the team Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL 2020, where he has also managed to weave his magic bowling.
