KL Rahul Auctioned His 2019 World Cup Bat To Donate Money

I and Gully Have Decided To Something Very Sweet And Something Very Special:

India’s opening batsman KL Rahul along with his brand Gully decided to donate his memorable things in cricket and his World Cup bat. All the money which comes from this auction will go the ‘Aware Foundation’. 

KL Rahul celebrated his 28th birthday on Saturday. While talking about the same, he said “Since it’s a special day for me, Gully and I have decided something very sweet and something very special.

“I have decided to give my cricket pads, my boots, my helmets and some of my jerseys to our collaboration partner Bharat Army. Those items are going to be auctioned away and the funds will go to the Aware Foundation.

In the past as well KL Rahul has donated funds to multiple animal welfare organizations:

“This is a foundation to support children. It’s really special and I can’t wait to do it for a better day than my birthday.”

In the past, Rahul has contributed money to numerous organizations for animal welfare. He has already paid last year for the treatment of a boy who has suffered from cancer.

He regularly supports charity organizations via social networking. The 28-year-old also supports Phool Versha, a charity that feeds impoverished members of society in the lockdown period. He helped stray happy, an organization that feeds stray animals in Bengaluru.

Rahul’s career went through a few lows over the past year, until he appeared as an integral part of the limited-overs batting line-up of India. KL Rahul is an international Indian cricket player. In domestic cricket, he played for Karnataka. In the Indian Premier League, he is a participant from Kings XI Punjab.
