Indian Cricket Team Schedule in 2024
The Indian cricket team’s calendar appears to be in motion in 2024, promising another exciting season that will begin on January 2.
All three of the game’s formats will be played in a variety of bilateral series involving the Indian cricket team, both at home and away. The ICC WT20, in which both sets of teams (men’s and women’s) will play for the championship, will be the main attraction.
The men’s team will play its first Test match against South Africa in 2024. These games are a part of the 2023–25 ICC World Team Cup. Following that, on January 11, India will host Afghanistan for a three-match Twenty20 International series.
But at the end of the month, beginning on January 25, they will host Ben Stokes‘ England.
The Indian men’s team will go to the USA and the West Indies for the T20 World Cup in June, following the end of the IPL.

The men’s team then will play a white-ball series in Sri Lanka in July. In September and October, they will host Bangladesh and New Zealand, respectively. The year will end with a five-match Test match against Australia, with the last Test scheduled for 2025.
In addition to participating in international tours, Indian and international cricket players will play in the Women’s Premier League (WPL) in March 2024 and the Indian Premier League (IPL), likely from March to May.
