Team India need to chase down – runs target to win third T20 and clean sweep the series against England.

Dawid Malan, however, has managed to keep the scoreboard ticking during the innings, despite wickets falling at other ends. Malan scored the highest runs (77 0ff 39) for the hosts to help his side put a massive 215 runs total on board.

Opting to bat first, England once again lost their skipper Jos Buttler early third time in a row. However, this time the skipper got out after playing a short but electrifying 9 ball 18 knock.

Roy and Malan assisted England in keeping its composure after captain Jos Buttler was taken off the field after getting castled by Avesh Khan during a powerplay.

Dawid Malan and Liam Livingstone then took the complete control of the game and added 84 runs in just 42 before Malan got out after scoring 77.

Bishnoi, who removed dangerous Malan, got rid off all-rounder Moeen Ali as well to put India back in game.

Livingstone, on the other hand, handling the charge all alone and played an unbeaten 42 runs knock to guide his side cross the 200-run mark.

For India, Harshal Patel and Ravi Bishnoi grabbed 2-2 wickets each. Avesh Khan and Umran Malik, who both got the chance to play in place of Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Jasprit Bumrah, gave many runs in their 4 overs quota.

Avesh conceded 43 runs in 4 overs and bag a single wicket. While Umran gave 56 runs in four overs and took 1 wicket.

After winning the series, India will now want to whitewash England. India currently holds a commanding 2-0 series lead against England because to their complete dominance of England so far. After beating the English side by 50-run Southampton, India again outshined the hosts to win the second T20I by 49 runs last night.

Virat Kohli’s struggles with the bat persisted as he was dismissed on one by Richard Gleeson. However, Kohli will once again be the centre of attraction as he attempts to find his form ahead of the ODIs.
