IND vs ENG 1st Test Day 1 Update

Indian spinners stunned the English batters on the first day of the first test match by restricting at 246 on a good batting wicket in Hyderabad.

Opted to bat, England made a promising ‘Bazball’ start, scoring 55 for none in 11.4 overs, with many of runs coming from pacers Mohd. Siraj and Japrit Bumrah’s overs.

But as soon as spinners entered the attack, the English hitters were seen on the back foot, and because of their nervousness, they lost wickets in quick succession, failing to reach 250 in the first innings.
