Rahul Tewatia played another stunning knocked filled with entertainment:
On Sunday (11-09-2020), the match between Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) concluded on a harsh note with Rahul Tewatia and Khaleel Ahmed.
In that match, Rajasthan Royals played a tremendous inning and won the match against Sunrisers Hyderabad by 5 wickets. Riyan Parag along with Rahul Tewatia starred with the bat and helped their team to recover from 78/5 to chase down 159 runs with a ball to spare.
It seemed like RR almost lost the match after Sanju Samson and Robin Uthappa dismissed by Rashid Khan and leave RR at 78/5. Then Parag and Rahul Tewatia joined and took the team score over the line. Parag and Tewatia remained unbeaten on 42 and 45 runs respectively.
After Riyan Parag hit a six at the 19.5 over to seal the match for his team, Tewatia was seen discussing with the bowler in an animated way. The talking got so worse that David Warner, the SRH captain had to interfere and bring the matter under control.
What happened that leads to the altercation:
As of now, there are no clarifications on what was discussed between Khaleel and Rahul Tewatia after the match ended. But a new video has uploaded which signifies the heated argument started. All these things began at the fourth delivery of last over and Rahul Tewatia hit on the delivery on Khaleel towards long-on for one run.
As Rahul took his single, Khaleel was saying something to him, which was not liked by Rahul and turned back to say in reply. The Royals star pointed his finger at Khaleel before he patted at his shoulder and walked back to give the next delivery.
And after Parag hit a six and won the match, David Warner was seen angry also. The SRH skipper was seen complaining something to the umpire before going towards Tewatia for a discussion.
