Team India has already defeated the West Indies team by six wickets in the first Twenty20 International (T20I) series that was going on Hyderabad on Friday. The Team India skipper Virat Kohli had remained with an unbeaten score of 94 runs while KL Rahul who also scored a half-century as India kept down a tough target with eight balls to spare. After the match, Yuzvendra Chahal interviewed KL Rahul and congratulated the 27-year-old cricketer for achieving the 1,000 runs in the shortest format of the match. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) took to Twitter to share a post regarding the conversation between the two players respectively on Saturday. In the video, Chahal asked KL Rahul, now that you have already grabbed 1000 runs, do you know how many runs you are ahead of me in T20Is?
KL Rahul’s Savage Reply To Chahal:
KL Rahul came up with a savage reply to the leg spinner’s question. “I am 999 runs ahead of you,” Rahul replied back.

During that match, India won the toss and chose to field first. Team Windies batsman, Shimron Hetmyer scored his maiden T20I half-century while Evin Lewis and Kieron Pollard also gave their contribution with their respective bats to help the West Indies post a formidable score of 207 for five.
Team India had a poor start as Khary Pierre dismissed Rohit Sharma for eight runs in the fourth over. Virat Kohli and KL Rahul then put on a 100-run stand for the second wicket. In a bid to start fast, KL Rahul grabs for 62. Team India skipper, Virat Kohli kept moving ahead from the other end and helped the team to have 1-0 up in the three-match series against the West Indies Team.
The second T20I match will be played in Thiruvananthapuram on Sunday while Mumbai will host the final T20I match series that will be played on Wednesday.
