Also, Sohail Saleem, the official team doctor for the series in Australia and New Zealand, is yet to join the team. The Pakistan Cricket Board is still attempting to obtain a visa for Dr Saleem. Shoaib Muhammad, the manager of Pakistan’s youth team competing in the Asia Cup in the UAE, has also been unable to depart with the squad due to an expired passport.

Sajid Khan, the off-spinner who was supposed to replace Abrar Ahmed in the Pakistan side in Australia, has also been delayed due to visa concerns.
