Cricketers all around the country have backed PM Modi’s “Janata Curfew”:

Cricketers from all over the country have supported “Janata Curfew” of PM Modi in the battle against novel Coronavirus pandemic. After the India captain Virat Kohli, many players such as Yuvraj Singh, Rishabh Pant, Harbhajan Singh, KL Rahul, and many more players asked the people to follow the instructions provided by the government through their twitter accounts.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also requested the citizens of India to avoid panic buying and gave reassurance that there isn’t any lack of the necessities. The “Janata Curfew” will start from 7:00 am and will be continued till 9:00 pm on 22nd March (Sunday).

Yuvraj Singh:

In a tweet, former outstanding batsman Yuvraj Singh said that “Let’s collectively follow PM @ Narendra Modi Ji. It is real, but we can fight #COVID19! “. He also said, “I urge every Indian to join me in spreading Hygenic awareness and supporting our community against coronavirus”.

Rishabh Pant:

In his address, Rishabh Pant tweeted that “In these tough times we need to stay vigilant and follow the instructions put in place by our government for our safety… Also a huge shoutout to all our health professionals who are working tirelessly to keep our country safe, Heroes!”

KL Rahul:

Indian star batsman KL Rahul also admired the healthcare specialists through tweeting. He said “These are testing times for all and I salute the work being done by our doctors, nurses and medical staff across the country. I urge everyone as responsible citizens to follow the measures put in place by the government. Be safe and alert #IndiaFightsCorona.”

Harbhajan Singh:

Former fantastic bowler of India, Harbhajan Singh also supported the great move of PM Modi and took Twitter to say “One hundred percent in agreement with our prime minister @narendramodi Ji’s suggestions and I pledge to act as suggested and will spread the message of our Modi ji. Hoping every Indian to do so #letskilthevirus together India”.

Previously  Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli urged the people of India to stay at home and practice self-isolation through a video message.
