Rohit Sharma will soon return with Mumbai Indians to the cricket field when the Indian Premier League ( IPL) season 2020 gets under way in the UAE. The game will however be very different from when he last took the field during the T20I series against New Zealand, with the coronavirus pandemic prompting the International Cricket Council to introduce new rules to ensure the health of both players and spectators. The disruptive opener said in an online Q&A session on ‘Friendship’s Day’ that players would have to follow the procedures in place in the midst of all the changes.
