SRH vs CSK 2nd Innings 10 Overs Update:

The contest between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Chennai Super Kings is on. The orange team’s captain won the toss and elected to field first. Chennai has given Sunrisers a target of 203 runs for the win.

Chasing the same, at the end of 10 overs of the 46th match of IPL 2022, SRH’s total is 89 for 3. In the last 5 overs, the team managed to score 37 runs but also lost losing wickets.

During the first six overs, Abhishek Sharma and Kane Williamson utilized the opportunity well as they played with an intent to win. The duo scored 58 runs in 6 over but this blizzard came to an end as Abhishek got out. The power play restrictions saw the scoreboard ticking.

Mukesh Choudhary bowled the 6th over of the innings and it worked like a game-changer for CSK. He took 2 wickets in consecutive deliveries getting Abhishek Sharma and Rahul Tripathi out. The 8th over of the innings was bowled by Santner who looked a little loose as he conceded 10 runs from the over.

Just 3 runs came off the 9th over of the innings bowled by Jadeja where he kept things tight. Santner bowled the 10th over of the innings and got hit for 2 sixes but got Markram out who was looking dangerous

SRH though initiated the innings with a clear intent to win but couldn’t convert it into action. Chennai looks extremely confident today and their body language looks charged as they field. Their bowling has also been consistent. It is a possibility they will not find it tough to stop SRH before they reach the target.

The run rate at the end of 10 overs is 8.90 while the required run rate is 11.40. Sunrisers need 114 runs from the next 60 balls. Nicholas Pooran 1 (1) and Kane Williamson 31 (25)are at the crease now.
