In between there a one thing which doubled the excitement is the battle between the experienced Bhuvneshwar Kumar and the English skipper Jos Buttler.

Let’s look at the Bhuvneshwar Vs Buttler battle

The semi-final of ICC T20 World Cup 2022 between India and England will take place at Adelaide Oval. And Buttler vs. Kumar will be one of the major player contests.

The unsung swing bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar is the T20I player who has dismissed Buttler the most times.

In eight T20I innings against the England captain, Bhuvneshwar has had great success, dismissing him five times. Additionally, Kumar has only leaked 30 runs in those five times in 32 deliveries.

The majority of those dismissals were made against swinging balls. And all of them occurred during the first three overs.

Buttler, who is now a permanent opener of the English side. Has so far maintained just 93.54 strike rate in the first three overs and 108.16 in the powerplay. On Thursday, he very well could use a similar strategy.

“I’m always confident in my own game. I think there are always certain bowlers that you potentially find harder than others. And or at certain times in your career. You have good times against them or bad times against them. But I certainly don’t fear anyone. I always prepare well and I look to play the ball in front of me and not the bowler,” said Buttler.
