According to him, both have till Thursday to demonstrate that they are well enough to play in the semi-final at Adelaide Oval against the Men in Blue. He also addressed the anticipation for the final between India and Pakistan (IND vs PAK Finals).

Was the English captain asked if everyone believed Pakistan and India would play in the championship game? OR we will have Ind vs Eng finals.

He said, “Well, we certainly don’t want to see an Ind vs Pak finals, so we’ll be trying all we can do to make sure that doesn’t happen.” talking about India vs Pakistan match.

Talking about the match, he said, “We’re all really excited about the match. In my opinion one of the best stadiums in the world against a brilliant Indian team, which I’m sure will be well supported tomorrow. It’s going to be a great occasion, and these are the times that you want to be involved as a player,”

IND vs ENG: Injury Scare for England

Mark Wood is said to be in question about playing in the second semifinal on Thursday versus India. It could be a great loss for England. Since he is recovering from an elbow injury that kept him out of action for most of the summer, the bowler has often clocked speeds of 90 mph or more.

Talking about injuries, Buttler said, “We’ll see how they pull up. We’ll try and give them as long as possible, and obviously, David left the field the other day with a small niggle, and Woody has had a little bit of stiffness, but we trust the medical team. We trust those two guys, as well, and we’ll give them as long as possible,”

The English bowler has excelled for his team during the current T20 World Cup. The bowler has nine wickets in four games with an average of 12.00 and an economy rate of 7.71. His tournament-best bowling average to date is 3/26.

Additionally, England’s David Malan is performing well in the present game. The former No. 1 T20I batsman suffered a groyne injury on Saturday as England was playing Sri Lanka in the final Super-12 game.

In the first innings, he closed the pitch, therefore England won by four wickets without him having to bat.

Malan’s replacement, Philip Salt, is thought to be the ideal choice at the moment. While playing 11 T20Is, Salt has scored 235 runs with a strike rate of 164.34, for a total of 235 runs. At the third slot, he may serve as an example for England.
