Former England captain Nasser Hussain wants the ICC to change its poor light rules that have plagued test matches over the years. Officials were forced to call off the opening day of the first test between England and the West Indies on Wednesday, due to bad light and rain, which saw just 17.4 rounds bowling. The ICC leaves it “only for the umpires to determine together” if the bad light means that “it would be risky or unfair for the play to take place.”
