Women’s IPL: Since team, India placed second in both the 2017 ODI World Cup and the 2020 T20 World Cup. The Women’s IPL has been a hot topic of conversation for a number of years.

The BCCI reportedly shortlisted the following cities for the teams to be sold across India’s six zones: Dharamsala/Jammu (North zone), Pune/Rajkot (West), Indore/Nagpur/Raipur (Central), Ranchi/Cuttack (East), Kochi/Visakhapatnam (South), and Guwahati (North-East).

Women’s IPL: Auction Procedure

The BCCI decided against holding an online auction and would instead use the closed-bid process. It is discovered that the BCCI has not set a starting price for any of the three categories television, digital, and a combination of the two for which rights would be sold.
