Mukesh Choudhary has established a reputation for himself in the current IPL 2022 with several outstanding spells. The speedster with the left arm to swing the new ball produce track makes him far more dangerous.

Even though the promising young talent has proven to be expensive occasionally, he is anticipated to improve with time. In his most recent appearance, Choudhary bowled 4/46 versus Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), helping Chennai Super Kings (CSK) to a crucial 13-run victory.

“Deepak Bhai has played and performed for CSK for quite some time now. He is an amazing bowler. I am in touch with him regularly and he guides me a lot. He has told me how to analyze the situation and what to bowl in a particular situation. In the initial matches of the tournament, I did not do well. Deepak Bhai called and gave me tips,” said Mukesh Choudhary.

Deepak Chahar’s words encouraged me a lot: Mukesh Choudhary

Well after play versus SRH, Choudhary said that he received a call from Deepak Chahar, who hailed him for his brilliant stint. Choudhary is officially replacing Chahar’s shoes in the CSK squad since Chahar has been termed out for the campaign owing to injury concerns. Despite this, the pace-bowling all-rounder has been in close touch with Choudhary to provide him with assistance.

“He told me what I lack and how can I improve. From there on, I started getting results,” Mukesh said.

“When I claimed 4 wickets against Sunrisers, he (Chahar) called and praised me. He said well done, keep up the good work. ‘keep your eye on the batsman and listen to Mahi bhai’s instructions. He has helped me a lot. Honestly, I was under pressure, but Deepak bhai’s words encouraged me a lot,” he added.

Choudhary, having bowled as a net bowler for CSK’s previous campaign, has 11 wickets in 8 games at an avg of barely over 25. According to the 25-year-old, additional guidance from his veteran professional was to continue following MS Dhoni’s guidelines.

On Wednesday, May 4th, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will face Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune in the ongoing IPL 2022.
