Buttler scored his maiden T20 century in the previous season of the Indian Premier League for RR. He has now reached five hundred’ in the IPL 2022. Buttler scored three hundred throughout the first quarter of the game, during which he was having successful at-bats almost every time he came to the box.

Buttler’s performance dropped significantly in the 2nd part of the season. He played to his abilities and reached his best performance at the appropriate moment again, scoring 89 versus Gujarat Titans in Qualifier 1 despite the fact that his team ultimately lost. Buttler returned to form and reserved his finest performance for the must-win game.

Buttler and Yashasvi Jaiswal, both of whom were openers for Rajasthan, got the team off to a dazzling beginning by attacking the Royal Challengers of Bangalore spinners during the powerplay. Buttler reached his fifty-run mark in just 23 balls, but he exploited the long stand game while the RCB bowlers were trying to keep the situation under control in the middle overs.

Buttler quickly shifted back into attack mode and assisted RR in finishing the race with a pair of sixes in the final overs after the team had made significant progress to the finals, where they will face Gujarat Titans (GT), on May 29.
