The England women’s cricket team maintained their dominance over South African side all throughout the all-format series as the team after beating South Africa by six wickets in second T20 International sealed the T20I series on Saturday.
The tour started with a one-off test, which ended in draw, followed by 3 ODIs, which England won comfortably by 3-0, and now after winning the first two T20Is the hosts not just won the series but also on the road of complete white wash.

England after winning the toss invited the visitors to bat first, but during the first 14 overs of the innings, it was the South African team who dominated the game.
Their openers Anneke Bosch and Lara Goodall did a century plus partnership for the first wicket before Goodall got caught for 42.
South Africa at one stage were all set to post huge total on board, but it didn’t happened as they lost 5 batters during the death overs to only put 148 for 6 in their 20 overs, even after a blistering start provided by their openers.
Anneke Bosch, who played a superb knock of 61 off 57, remained the highest run-scorer for her team.
Chasing a target of 149, England team started their campaign on a decent note and after losing 2 at the score of 50, they kept on playing strong cricket without taking pressure and as a result they chased down the total with 6 wickets in hand and an over to spare.
All of England’s batters did their job well, whether the openers who gave a destructive start with Sophia Dunkley scored 23 off 15 and Danille Wyatt’s 39 off 24 to Amy Jones unbeaten 20 and Maia Boucher’s 9 not out.
But, the skipper Natalie Sciver was emerged the star of England’s batting after Wyatt dismissal as her modest 47 off 41 steadied the sinking ship of the hosts.

The veteran Danille Wyatt was awarded with an honour of player of the match in the second T20 for her impressive 39 runs knock off just 24 balls to set the platform for a perfect run chase.
