Women’s Big Bash League
Beginning on October 13. Brisbane Heat and Sydney Sixers will play in the opening game of the Women’s Big Bash League 2022–23 at Great Barrier Reef Arena.
On November 20, the league stages of the WBBL 2022 will come to a close. Then comes finals week. Notably, the Women’s Big Bash League is back for the first time in three seasons. With matches taking place in six different states.

Teams in WBBL 08
Adelaide Strikers, Brisbane Heat, Hobart Hurricanes, Melbourne Renegades, Melbourne Stars, Perth Scorchers, Sydney Sixers, and Sydney Thunder are the eight teams participating in the WBBL this season.
Every team will play at home for the first time in three seasons. Each club will play 14 matches. Twice against every other team, before the Eliminator phase, with the finest abroad players included. The teams that advance to the Semifinals and Finals will be those who succeed in the Eliminator phase.
