The excessive commitment of Shardul Thakur to resume outdoor training fell flat on his face as Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) is reportedly challenging him for the same. The cricket board had shown its concern immediately after Shardul Thakur resumed training with no official permission.
Thakur took full advantage of the guidelines for lockdown 4.0 which reopened the doors for sports complexes and stadiums across India. He was trained outdoor at the Palghar Dahanu Taluka Sports Association in Boisar, Mumbai. Bowling to Mumbai U-23 batsman Sairaj Patil and captain Hardik Tamore was seen during the training of the right-arm fast bowler.
