Known for his ‘never say die’ approach to the bat, India’s number three batsman, Cheteshwar Pujara, is taking those very qualities to life as he awaits the resumption of the cricket post-Covid-19 pandemic that has engulfed the world. The 32-year-old top-order batsman returned to training at his home base in Rajkot-three months after helping Saurashtra win their maiden Ranji title. With India fighting the pandemic, and the resumption of cricket at home looking unclear, Pujara still insists that it’s back on the agenda at the right moment.
