First Player To Reach 5500+ Runs in IPL History

Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper Virat Kohli has become the first-ever batsman to score 5500+ runs in the history of the Indian Premier League [IPL]. Virat has achieved the milestone in just 172 innings. He has registered three back to back failures in this edition, but he has shifted his gears in the last match against Rajasthan Royals at Abu Dhabi and made an unbeaten knock of 72 off 53 balls and guided his side to a comfortable 8 wicket win.
