English player Tom Banton will not be a part of BBL side Brisbane Heat. 22-year-old Banton, who made his debut for England in 2019, has pulled out his name from the Australia’s top-tier tournament due to bubble fatigue. Things are getting bad to worse for the Heats even before the commencement of the tournament. Earlier, Heat’s Mujeeb Ur Rahman was tested positive for COVID-19 while being under quarantine in Queensland.
