Everything revolves around her- Cheteshwar Pujara:

Cheteshwar Pujara sharing his schedule in lockdown time due to Coronavirus. He says that  “Even if it can get a little stressful, staying at home in these troubling times is crucial. The sense of anger isn’t greater than life itself. You will have to live with it for a couple of days, and then we will get used to it.”

“You ought to search for fresh things to do at home. That’s what we’re doing, and even if it seems like our hands have loads of room, there isn’t really any. Aditi my daughter consumes much of our attention. Everything swirling around her. Due to her energy, we don’t get bored; she’s really busy running around the building, every day.”

“Our timings are adjusted according to her, and when she’s sleeping my exercise is usually completed in the afternoon. I decided to learn to cook but I’m not sure I’m going to have enough room for it.”

“You have to do all the jobs on your own these days, which is not a major problem for us once again. When I go to play County cricket (Great Britain), we handle our own household chores. Right now, I’m attempting to support my friend, Puja, either by cleaning the room, chipping in with utensils washing or just arranging stuff at home”.

I Was Struggling To Bat Due To A Back Strain:

“I was unable to play during the Ranji Trophy final (last month), owing to a back strain. I was told to rest for two weeks and now it’s healed. There would, in any event, be no matches for around a month. That said, I intend to have my health sorted out.”

“I have a workout at home and I exercise according to the trainer’s chart — strengthening my leg, yoga, running on a treadmill or cycling. I’m actually trying to concentrate on certain issues.”

“No moment is correct (for a break like this) because, for us (longer style players), this is the end of the season and not many games come up. No, it does not impact the part of my abilities. And even though after a month I start playing cricket, I recognize my batting and it’s not going to be challenging to get into the groove. Only have to be in decent condition”.

“I’ll be up for that until the matches continue again. I’m completely off cricket at the moment, and not really enjoying the game at all. I catch up with some films whenever I have time and stream Netflix”.

“My message for everyone is that some workouts, whether it’s yoga or simply walking in your house, are necessary. You don’t need a larger area to travel and a little workout is still going to help. Just remember: don’t step out at all, save for taking on the important stuff”.
