Former India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is now on holiday in the United States. Some days after he was seen enjoying a game of tennis at the ongoing US Open, another picture of MSD with a celebrity hit his fans’ timelines.

The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain was photographed with former American President Donald Trump at the Trump National Golf Club Bedminster.

MS Dhoni was seen wearing a blue T-shirt and jeans, as well as gloves. Trump, on the other hand, was dressed in white T-shirt and black trousers and wore a MAGA (Make America Great Again) cap.

As a sportsperson, Dhoni also attended the men’s singles quarterfinals at the US Open 2023 between incumbent champion Carlos Alcaraz and Alexander Zverev, which the former won decisively.

Dhoni has been seen playing tennis and golf in the past, showing that he enjoys both these sports too apart from Cricket and Football.

The most successful captain of India left the international circuit in August 2019 with many captaincy, batting and wicket-keeping records, but continued his stint in the Indian Premier League.

Dhoni guided Chennai Super Kings to a record-tying fifth IPL triumph earlier this year, when the team overcame Gujarat Titans in a thrilling last-ball finale at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

The IPL 2023 was widely expected to be his final season, and fans flocked to watch him play throughout CSK’s campaign.

However, he hasn’t mentioned anything about retiring from the IPL, implying that it will depend on how well his body can deal now.

Notably, Dhoni, a wicketkeeper-batsman, played the entire season with a damaged knee that limited his mobility. He was frequently spotted hobbling and walking with a knee brace.

To address the condition, he underwent surgery immediately following the conclusion of the IPL season.

MS had played 90 test matches for India and scored 4876 runs, including six centuries and 33 half-centuries. He featured in 350 ODIs for India, in which he scored 10773 runs at an average of over 50, while he wore Indian Jersey in 98 T20Is too.
