Australia have maintained their dominance in World Cricket by securing their sixth ODI World Cup trophy after defeating India by 7 wickets at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Sunday. 

Invited to bat, Australia restricted the mighty Indian side to 240, and then chased down the target in 43 overs with 6 wickets in hand.
