IPL 2024 MI Preview

As Mumbai Indians is entering the new era of the IPL with Hardik Pandya, Replacing Rohit Sharma. Rohit Sharma who has 5 title wins in his name as the skipper of the Franchise. The  MI bounce back to clinch the 6th title of IPL.

After Rohit Sharma took the center stage in 2013 for Mumbai Indians in the IPL, Under his captaincy the franchise lifted the trophy 5 times in the IPL history so far giving a neck to neck competition to MS Dhoni Led CSK MI will start the new Season after a decade after 2013 now in 2024 season.

Hardik Pandya is also a successful captain as he took Gujarat Titans to fruitful season with a title win and  remains a runner up in one season.

Mumbai Indians won the last IPL title in 2020. After that they  have managed to reach the playoffs once in the last three seasons. The 2022 season was a night mare for the team as they finished last in the table for the first time.

MI have made a super set of bolstered T20 stars. Among them, the availability of Jasprit Bumrah is still questionable as he turns the game  around with both the old and new ball in the format. As he missed his Last IPL due to injury but the MI survived the playoffs. But the need of the pacer was felt at every stage for Mumbai Indians

In addition to enhance the ability to get back the best out to this season, To add the cherry on the cake to the pace attack South Africa Pacer Geralad Coetzee is also added to the side.   • Ishan Kishan: The youngester has missed some of the crucial international tours and games in the past and not played any domestic games as well . Afte BCCI ruled out by the annual contract. The cricketer took the headlines in the past months. But the versatility of the player which is much needed in the Indian Premier League will a positive side for the side.So far Ishan Kishan has scored 454 runs for the franchise its a heads up as the pair Hardik and Ishan Kishan
  • Akash Madhwal: The Uttarakhand pacer will be seen shining in the IPL 2024. The last IPL had the pacer took 14 wickets
  • Gerald  Coetzee: Coetzee has the ability to break the stumps at 140kphs and smoothly trouble batters with the short deliveries, which made him the attraction of the IPL 2024 Auctions. This talk of the bidding wars got him a bag of 5 Cr. by the Mumbai Indians
