The 15th edition of the Indian Premier League has finally completed with Gujarat Titans won the maiden IPL title in their debut season on Sunday.

Openers: Jos Buttler, Quinton de Kock (wk)
Jos Buttler, who won the orange cap of IPL 2022 after smashing a record-breaking 863 runs definitely deserved a place and that too was at the top of the list of best overseas XI of IPL 2022.
The second player on the list is the South-African left-handed wicket-keeper batter Quinton de Kock, who had an exceptional 2022 season, where he and KL Rahul added to many runs as the openers of Lucknow Super Giants.
Captain: David Warner
David Warner once again impressed everyone and also find a place in the list best overseas XI of IPL 2022. He joined Delhi this season and scored 432 runs in 12 innings with a strike rate of 150.52 to provide Delhi a perfect start in most of the games. As he is a proven captain, so he will also be the captain of the best overseas XI.
Middle-order batters: Liam Livingstone, David Miller
Liam Livingstone, who smashed some maximum sixes including the biggest six of the season, grabbed the fourth place in the list. While the hard-hitter David Miller, who enjoyed a fruitful season with the bat and scored 481 runs at a splendid average of 68.71, deserved to be at the same position where he normally bats.
All-rounders: Mitchell Marsh, Andre Russell
Mitchell Marsh (251 runs, 4 wickets in 8 innings), and Andre Russell (335 runs, 17 wickets in 12 innings) are the perfect choice for the all-rounder spots in the list.
Bowlers: Rashid Khan, Wanindu Hasaranga, Kagiso Rabada, Josh Hazlewood
This list is incomplete without the name of the spin magician Rashid Khan. He is one to the toughest bowlers to read and he has maintained his charisma for the past 6 years. He took 19 wickets with an economy of 6.59.
The star bowler of Sri Lanka Wanindu Hasaranga, who was bought by Royal Challengers Bangalore in the mega auction for Rs.10 crore, bagged 26 wickets and helped RCB win some crucial games. He also ended the tournament as the second-highest wicket taker in the IPL 2022 edition.
Kagiso Rabada and Josh Hazlewood are undoubtedly the ideal choices for the fast bowling department in the list of best overseas XI of IPL 2022. Rabada, who played for PBKS in IPL 2022 took 23 wickets and ended the tournament as the highest-wicket taker fast bowler. While Josh Hazlewood did good job for RCB this year and dismissed 20 batters in 12 games.
