India vs Ireland 2nd T20I: What to Expect?

India Team is going to play their 2nd T20I of the 2-match series against Ireland on Tuesday. The Men in Blue will look on to win the series. It will be Hardik Pandya’s and VVS Laxman’s first series win as captain and coach.

Deepak Hooda’s unbeaten 47 helped India comfortably win the opening ODI by seven wickets. Deepak Hooda led his team to victory. Ishan Kishan and Hardik Pandya both contributed. Although Umran Malik received his first T20I cap, he only bowled one over.

Players hoping to convince the Indian management to select them for the T20 World Cup. The second T20I provides the management with an additional chance to gauge the depth of its bench.

India vs Ireland: What to expect?

Ireland requires a stronger opening than their top order’s toppling in the last match. In the swinging conditions, Paul Stirling may or may not succeed, therefore it is up to Andy Balbirnie and Gareth Delany to stop Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s first spell.

On Sunday, the Malahide track gave more swing than turn, and Chahal required three sweaters to get warm, but he still bowled a three-over session with no boundaries. His 1 for 11 was the evening’s most economical spell. We’ll be hoping he keeps up his form.

We can expect more fireworks from Deepak Hooda and Hardik Pandya. They are at the top of their form and will like to keep selectors’ eyes on them.

Even as Hardik Pandya is doing great as a batter and finisher, the fans will expect him to be more economical in his bowling.

Surya Kumar Yadav, SKY, who returned to the playing XI after recovering from injury could not do much in the previous game. He plays an important role in the team and fans will hope he performs well and get in shape before World Cup 2022.
