Lanka Premier League is on its inaugural season and it’s loaded with entertainment for now. Top players across the country have joined respective sides of the Sri Lankan-top tier league. Apart from the nail-biting clashes, what recently grabbed the headline was the heated feud between Afghanistan’s Naveen-ul-Haq and Pakistan’s Mohammad Amir during Kandy Tuskers’ win against Galle Gladiators.

Drama at Lankan Premier League:
Kandy Tuskers’ pacer Naveen was spotted having a verbal argument with Galle Gladiators Mohammad Amir after the match. Both the bowlers were fuming with anger and having a go on each other. Teammates of both the teams tried to cool down the tempo but 21-year-old Naveen was clearly not in a mood to settle. Both the players were seen exchanging some words during the post-match drama.

Naveen pissed-off Shahid Afridi
However, it didn’t end over there. Pakistan’s legend and Gladiators’ skipper Shahid Afridi also had some verbal dispute with Naveen. When Afridi came for a handshake with Naveen, the young bowler reacted in an unpleasant manner which seemed to have upset the 40-year-old veteran. Shahid Afridi ended up saying a mouthful to Naveen for his unprofessional behavior.

Shahid Afridi looked really pissed on the Afghan. The legendary all-rounder made some hand gestures while showing dismay towards the pacer. “Kya Hua [What Happened],” Afridi confronted the 21-year-old Afghanistan pacer. A Pakistani journalist also claimed that Afridi told Naveen: “Son I was scoring 100s in international cricket before you were born”.
