Former and current Indian cricketers joined their hands while condemning alleged propaganda being run against India. International pop-star Rihanna recently tweeted about the on-going farmer’s protest in New Delhi, India. As per an article published by CNN.com, the government of India has banned the access of the internet over many parts of Delhi to cease the farmer’s protest moment.

Global sensation Rihanna retweeted the aforementioned article with the caption “why aren’t we talking about this?! #FarmersProtest“. Rihanna’s tweet caught a lot of attention as it soon became a talk of the town. Rihanna’s concern over the on-going mayhem in India has divided the country into two parts. While many hailed Rihanna’s stand against the suggested unfair law, many Indians claimed that it is a very well planned propaganda.

Surprisingly, many Indian cricketers including the likes of Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma also penned down their views against Rihanna’s tweet. Many cricketers took their Twitter accounts while asking the fellow Indians to stay united during the crucial times instead of letting outsiders manipulate their minds. Have a look:
