Virat Kohli And Rohit Sharma Have Differences : NZ Cricketer

“Both Are Natural Born Leaders, But….”: NZ Cricketer On Virat Kohli And Rohit Sharma:

Corey Anderson, New Zealand all-rounder, has played at the Indian Premier League (IPL) under Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. Rohit Sharma was his Mumbai Indians skipper after he was teammates with Kohli in Royal Challengers Bangalore. He has described the two cricketer’s captaincy styles in interaction and called them “good tacticians.”

“Both are very good captains. Sharma is probably a bit laid-back in that role. He is passionate, wants to win, but keeps it under wraps a little bit more. Kohli wears his heart on his sleeve and shows a lot of emotion. But they both take charge of the team. They are natural-born leaders,” Corey said during a recent Instagram Live session.

“They’re good tactile players; they know the game and how to win, India is so successful that’s why. “Rohit was lauded by the New Zealand international as a great batsman and called him one of his favorite players.

“Rohit Sharma is a favorite player of mine to watch him in full flow, Cricket looks like the world’s easiest game when he bats, The world’s top guys do that, “Corey also praised the IPL for providing the young Indian talents with a platform and said it is a great place to nurture future leaders.

“India has numerous players who have led IPL teams. You know that if someone drops out, be it injury or anything they have replacements,” he said.
