Suresh Raina Explains The Difference Between Sachin Tendulkar And Virat Kohli:
“Virat Kohli and Sachin Tendulkar, there are just a few names in Indian cricket that are larger than those two. While Kohli defines Indian cricket’s modern era, Tendulkar recalls Indian cricket memories of the golden era. One of the few lucky players to play with both Tendulkar and Kohli” said Suresh Raina, who was part of India’s 2011 world cup winning cricket team.
Raina opened up his experience of playing with the cricketers in a media interview and described the disparity between the two crickets.
“Sachin and Virat, these two score a lot of centuries, Virat wants to win every game. Sachin wants to ensure everything is very silent, “said Raina. “It’s his calmness with Sachin. We won the World Cup because of Sachin. He was the guy who made everyone in the team think we should, he was like the team’s second coach.
“And Virat, in every format, he has been fantastic. He is an outstanding captain. He’s really hitting the ball well. He’s fit, very healthy, and he’s got an aura around him. He said, “I’m happy I played with them both.”
He Is So Down To Earth:
Raina also compared Tendulkar and the star Lionel Messi from FC Barcelona. “I’m Messi’s big fan. He is also so down to earth. Both Messi and Sachin are so good in caring for people around them because you just have to be respectful at sports, “he said.
“You may be the world’s number one player but your name is very significant, all of you must be thankful.”
Raina is currently involved in CSK in the Indian Premier League in the sporting world. The left-handers reminded us that there were more critical things now than playing cricket with the Covid-19, which put all sporting activities to a halt.
“I am missing the IPL. The Chennai Super Kings team in the IPL is emotional, but the situation must be understood now, and we must be realistic,” said the batsman.
