Sachin Tendulkar recently announced that he has been tested positive for COVID-19. Akhtar went down to memory lane and posted a photo alongside Tendulkar from the tri-series between Australia-India-Pakistan in 1999-2000. Akhtar stated that his rivalry with Sachin was one of his favourite on the ground.

Indian ace Sachin Tendulkar noticed the world that he has been taken down by the deadly Coronavirus disease and is currently under home quarantine.
“I have been testing myself and taking all the recommended precautions to ensure Covid is kept at bay. However, I’ve tested positive today following mild symptoms. All others at home have tested negative,” Tendulkar had tweeted.
