Looks like former England skipper Michael Vaughan is still not over his country’s diabolical defeat against India in the second Test at Chepauk, Chennai. Michael Vaughan, recently, took a sly dig at the Indian pitch by sharing a photo of a stadium in Pakistan. The aforementioned stadium is one of the grounds being used for the on-going PSL tournament.

IND vs ENG: What really happened?
India levelled the series 1-1 in the on-going four-match Test series against England. The Joe Root-led English side got the better of the hosts in the first Test but the Indians compensated for the loss with a dominating win in the second Test. Throughout the second Test, many former English players, especially Michael Vaughan, was seen criticising the ‘badly made’ Chepauk pitch.

The pitch saw turns from the first day itself and it got worse till the game walked into the second innings. Michael Vaughan repeatedly pointed out the poor pitch as he claimed that it was the major reason behind England’s loss in the second Test. Alongside Vaughan, former English batsman Kevin Pietersen also made plenty of noise during the second Test. Pietersen claimed that the Indians won against England’s B team as Jofra Archer and James Anderson were missing from the visitor’s playing XI.
