On the other hand, Netherlands is holding 18th spot in the ICC Men’s T20I Team Rankings and has players who play in the English County circuit. Earlier, Netherlands appeared in 2009, 2014, and 2016 editions of the T20 World Cup while Kenya last participated in 2007.
