This is not a big achievement to discuss but the real achievement is for Kieron Pollard. Yes, the destructive middle-order batsman and also a useful medium pacer and the captain of West Indies team holds the award of the first player to feature in 500 T20 matches.
Kieron Pollard is an aggressive batsman who made his T20 debut on Jun 20, 2008, vs Australia at Kensington Oval. And on Mar 04, 2020, he has played his last T20 match vs Sri Lanka at Pallekele International Cricket Stadium.
