Kane Williamson Is Ruled Out Of Fourth T20I:
New Zealand team may face some heat in the 4th T20I match in the absence of skipper Kane Williamson.
According to the New Zealand cricket, the injury happened during the third series held in Hamilton when he dived in the field.
Early signs of the injury are not too serious but he is not able to play the 4th match of T20I. The team management is confident of having Williamson for the final T20I on Sunday.
For the 4th T20I, Tim Southee has revealed during the toss that – “Williamson could be back on the field in two or three days”.
While in the T20 International series, New Zealand has already lost the series and they will look to get back in the coming two Tests and three One Day Internationals.
For those matches, Williamson’s availability will be necessary. And the Tests will begin on February 21st and the ODI series will begin from 5th February.
India Adds Up The Bench Power:
After India’s early victory in the earlier match, both coach Ravi Shastri and captain Virat Kohli are looking to sweep the T20I series.
Rishabh Pant and Sanju Samson are waiting for opportunities to play in the series. But the top order batsmen are assured of their places. Shreyas Iyer has been a superb player and he plays in his way. Both Shivam Dube and Manish Pandey need more games and time too.
More changes are expected in this game especially in the bowling department. Navdeep Saini, Washington Sunder, and Kuldeep Yadav are waiting in the wings. All the players may not get an immediate chance but the team management is sure to rotate a pacer and spinner each.
