After Pakistan successfully hosted a part of the Sri Lankan series on its grounds, it will do so too for the remaining test matches in December.
Now, Bangladesh Women’s team is set to tour Pakistan from October 23 to play three T20Is and two ODIs. But, the Bangladesh Cricket Board has said they are still waiting for the security clearance to send their Women’s team to Pakistan.
“We are waiting for the security clearance from our government for the tour of our women’s team to Pakistan. A delegation of our security agencies is expected to visit Pakistan to assess the condition and after they give their report we will decide our future course of action.” – said the BCB women’s wing chairman Nadel Chowdhury.
On the subject of obtaining the visa, the officials of the national security agencies are expected to fly to Pakistan this week. A lot depends on this tour as Bangladesh men’s team is also expected to tour Pakistan in February next year to play two Tests and three T20Is.
However, Pakistan Cricket Board has decided to shift to Rawalpindi all its under-17 games comprising two three-day matches and three one-day games for the upcoming tour.
